Hearst Art Classes – September 2023

Thank you for your interest in enrolling with CLS! We are ready for the School Year 2023-2024 to begin.

Classes are once a week (Tuesday) and will start Tuesday, September 5. The deadline to register is August 14, 2023.

SCHEDULE

Each session is 1 hour long. Classes are taught by a CLS teacher at the school. Before registering, please check the schedule below. Please note that this enrichment class is only available to CLS students enrolled in after-school.

Art Class for Pre-K and K – Tuesdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Art Class for Grade 1st and up – Tuesdays from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM

DETAILS ABOUT THE CLASSES
In our art classes we help students express their own unique vision. Children will be shown inspiring artwork as a starting point, to help them develop their own ideas, and teach solid art skills. Each project is developmentally appropriate for each artist in the class, so projects are challenging without being frustrating. Our classes together are fun and inspiring!
We will learn how to draw a three-dimensional space, the color theory, experiment with watercolor, landscape, portrait painting as well as sculpture, collage, abstract art, and much more!

PRICE

The cost is $120/month. This price includes the registration fees, as well as the material contribution.

TUITION FEES
• Pay one month of tuition fees ($120), corresponding to September tuition fees.
After registering on our website and making the first payment online, you will receive an email to complete an authorization form to set up a recurring charge. Tuition fees are due a month in advance and are payable through recurring payments only, which can be canceled anytime. The recurring payment will be set up from September 1st to May 1st, and classes will end in June.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM
We require a 30-day notice to withdraw from the program. Thus, parents are not responsible for any other payment if the withdrawal form is submitted within this time frame. Withdrawals can be made using this link.
