General payment and withdraw rules
You can purchase this product if you are previously registered for after-school with CLS. If you register for the first time using this product, CLS won’t be able to enroll your child. Your refund will be returned on your credit card and CLS will retain a $35 fee for canceling your registration and for processing your refund.
TUITION FEES
CLS requires tuition fees to be paid one month in advance. September 1st, 2021, tuition for the month of October 2021 will be due. CLS will not prorate a month for any reason, including vacation time, family travel, etc.
Please be advised that if we don’t receive your payment by the due date, your child will not be admitted in the program and the spot will become immediately available to another student on our waitlist.
Tuition payments can be set as recurrent by filling out this form. The form has to be sent to accounting@capitollanguageservices.com.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM
We require a 30-day notice to withdraw from the program. The deposit will cover the 30-days of the notice. Thus, parents are not responsible for any other payment if the notice is submitted within this time frame.
The deposit will not be refunded in case of withdrawal from the program. The first month of tuition will be refunded if you cancel the registration by August 1st, 2021.
