Late pick up is available from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
General payment and withdraw rules
The before-care and after-school program will open August 30, 2021. For both programs, at the time of registration, parents will pay for September 2021 tuition and a “deposit”. The deposit (equal to one month tuition) will apply to the last month of tuition of the student, usually June the following year. To enroll in the after-school, before-care and late pick-up programs, please change the quantity from 1 to 2 in the cart, then check out and pay via credit card.
During the entire school year, payments are due one month in advance. For instance, October 2021 tuition will be due no later than September 1, 2021. Late payments are subject to a $25-late fee.
A 30-day notice is required to withdraw from CLS, however, a month that is started will be due in its entirety. Example, if parents want to withdraw their child November 15, the month of November will be due entirely and notice of withdrawal has to be received by CLS office by October 15. If parents want to withdraw their child starting November 1, the month of November will not be due and the notice of withdrawal will have to be received by October 1.
CLS will not prorate a month for any reason, including vacation time, family travel, etc.
To avoid late fees, parents can set recurrent payments on the student registration form.
