CLS after-school program will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church – 4900 Connecticut Avenue N.W Washington, DC 20008

SERVICES PROVIDED BY CLS

Regular afterschool activities (from 3:15 PM to 6:00 PM, Mon-Fri)

DCPS closings camps: Professional Development and Parent/Teacher conferences – more information on the camps will be provided later.

Federal holidays camps, Winter and Spring Break camps will also be available. All the camps will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.

CLS plans to open the afterschool program August 30, 2021.

ENRICHMENT LANGUAGE CLASSES

CLS will resume extracurricular and language classes later in the fall.  We will provide information about enrollment as soon as possible.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Deadline to register is August 1st , 2021. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, CLS  will only be able to accept 60 students this upcoming school year. As a consequence, registration will close once this number is reached.

TUITION FEES AND DEPOSIT

Please pay the first month of tuition and a deposit (equal to one-month tuition).

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM

We require a 30-day notice to withdraw from the program. The deposit will cover the 30-days of the notice. Thus, parents are not responsible for any other payment if the notice is submitted within this time frame.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of withdrawal from the program. The first month of tuition will be refunded if you cancel the registration by August 1st, 2021.

FINANCIAL AID

Capitol Language Services offers financial aid to students. You must request financial aid in writing and your application has to be accepted before the registration deadline for your school. For guidelines on how to request financial aid please e-mail accounting@capitollanguageservices.com. If you request financial aid, you must complete all requirements included in the guidelines you will receive via email. Once we receive your documentation, we will determine the amount of financial aid granted to you so you can then register and pay via our website by the registration’s deadline.
