CLS ENRICHMENT CLASSES
CLS also offers the option for children to attend the enrichment classes without being enrolled in after-school 5 days a week.
We are dedicated to creating a fun and safe space where students can explore their full potential, and blossom under our care through enrichment classes, such as Spanish and Art.
CLS ENRICHMENT CLASSES AT BRENT
Non-CLS kids are the children that are not enrolled in CLS after-school programs.
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
Classes are once a week on Thursdays, and will start Thursday, September 5. Each session is 1 hour long. Our enrichment classes are taught by a CLS teacher at the school.
Art Class for Pre-K and K – Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Art Class for Grade 1st and up – Thursdays from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
PRICES AND OPTIONS
- $130/month for non-CLS students. Please note that the price includes only the Art class for children who are not enrolled in after-school and don't need after-school on Thursdays. If you choose the class that starts at 3:30 PM, CLS will pick up the students from school. If you choose the class that starts at 4:30 PM, the student will have to be dropped in at 4:30 pm by a parent or caregiver.
- $138/month for non-CLS students who will attend the Art class, as well as after-school, 3-6 pm, only on Thursdays.
A deposit is due at registration. For more information regarding the deposit, please refer to our Parent Handbook. These prices include the registration fees, as well as the material contribution.
DETAILS ABOUT THE CLASSES
In our art classes, we help students express their own unique vision. Children will be shown inspiring artwork as a starting point, to help them develop their own ideas, and teach solid art skills. Each project is developmentally appropriate for each artist in the class, so projects are challenging without being frustrating. Our classes together are fun and inspiring!
We will learn how to draw a three-dimensional space, the color theory, experiment with watercolor, landscape, portrait painting as well as sculpture, collage, abstract art, and much more!

ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION DATES
Families are required to pay a deposit to hold their spot. The deposit equals to one month tuition fees and is not refundable.
- June 1- August 23, 2024. The child will start Tuesday, September 3
- August 24 - September 1: Enrollment will be closed
- After September 1: The child will start 10 business days after CLS' Office receives your registration. The starting date will be confirmed via e-mail.

CLS fees are calculated for the school year by counting ONLY the days school is open. Tuition is the same every month regardless of the number of program days in each month. Tuition is calculated for the school year program and billed in ten equal monthly installments, starting August 1st, 2024, through April 1, 2025. CLS does not bill on a per diem basis or prorate the month if your child is absent. CLS offers financial aid to families that aren't able to pay the full price. WITHDRAWAL FROM CLS
Cancel anytime with our 30-day notice policy. Parents are not responsible for any other payment if the withdrawal form is submitted within this time frame. Withdrawals can be made using this link.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THE DEPOSIT?
Families that have paid the deposit through the website will be notified to create an account on the portal and to complete a simple registration form by July 31st, as well as setting up a recurring payment. The recurring payments will start August 1st, 2024, for the month of September, which will include the last week in August. The recurring payments will end in April 1, 2025, covering May (2025) tuition fees. Your deposit will apply to June 2025. After 3 business days, your student registration through Procare should be accepted. It will give you access to purchase the services you would like to enroll for.
